1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
  • Processing time typically takes 1–3 business days depending on stock availability and order volume.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Delivery time depends on your location, selected shipping method, and product availability.
  • Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
    • Domestic (Netherlands / EU): 2–7 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days
  • Please note that these are estimated times and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Methods

  • We partner with reliable courier and freight companies to ensure secure and timely deliveries.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
  • We are not responsible for delays or loss of parcels caused by the courier, incorrect addresses, or factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

  • If the courier cannot deliver your package (due to absence, incorrect address, or refusal), it may be returned to us.
  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping charges may apply.
  • We are not liable for lost or delayed parcels caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • For missing items, contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
  • We will either replace the item, issue a refund, or offer a discount — at our discretion.

8. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery status.
  • If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days after your order confirmation, please contact us.

9. Force Majeure

Translas shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation strikes, customs delays, or acts of government.
