Sales Representative – USA
Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a Sales Representative in the USA to set up distributors and handle end-user requests across the USA. This is a permanent role within a rapidly growing company which is located in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. You can be located anywhere in the USA as long as able to travel and access everywhere easily.
Summary:
The person that would best fit this role would be someone who is a self-starter, organized, confident, business computer savvy, reliable, and professional. Someone who exhibits determination initiative, with an energetic, hands-on approach, not afraid to travel across the USA. A successful candidate is someone who is assertive and independent, with the confidence to take action and make decisions that best serve the team, without needing to wait for instructions.
Welding & Fabrication experience working in the industrial and or manufacturing sector, as well as sales experience working with distributors and or end-users, is a huge asset that will be looked for.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads – working with end-users, selling thru distributors.
- Finding and setting up distributors to cover each state in the USA
- Scheduling meetings and presentations with prospects as required
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Product demonstrations for distributors/end users as required throughout the USA
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating the account information regularly
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with distributors and customers
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Coordinate/work with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships (Distributor/End User)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated – able to work remotely and report
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / social media / Online Meetings
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Have Passport / Can Travel (Internationally) / Fully Vaccinated
